Design
The design of the 9 lite is much better than 7x. The glass back gives it a more classy look than the metal back. Plus, the feel of 9 lite is much more premium than the 7x.
Battery
In the matters of battery, the 7x has the upper hand. The battery of the 7x lasts more than the 9 lite.
Camera
The camera of the 9 lite is very much better than the 7x. Both click amazing pictures but the ones from 9 lite are much sharper and clearer. Even the low light images are better than 7x. The selfies too are much clearer on the 9 lite.
Other Things
The screen of the 7x is slightly bigger than the 9 lite. The aspect ratio and screen resolution is the same. The OS on 9 lite is Android Oreo while on 7x, it is still Android nougat.
The speed of both of the phones is pretty much the same. The price of the 9 lite is a bit lower than the price of the 7x.
